I do some of my best thinking early in the morning. I have discovered that the dating and relationship process is much like my wine business. You gotta plant, then wait for the first harvest, then you have to wait another year to bottle, and another year before you can drink and enjoy it.
It is a process that requires sunshine, a little rain, some luck, and patience. I have recently found a great vintage, it seem a little out of reach on the top shelf, but worth waiting for.

They say that it's never to late to learn things in life. Well I learned something about myself last night. Besides comfort food, a great pair of broken in Levis, Gucci loafers, and a nice nap, there is something even hotter and better. Walking your dogs with a friend under the desert moonlight. The great thing about this?....Walking behind her and seeing the greatest ass in the world in a tight pair of jeans. Truly one of my lifes greatest moments.......

So, I am quickly learning...There is this process. I guess we all approach it differently. It was easier in high school. Box of popcorn, drive in movie, get to or at least try to get to first base, get lucky or go home to the Playboy magazine and take care of business.
Now there literally is a checklist.
1. Bifurcation (long story)
3. Frozen Marshmellows. (not what you think).
4. Chocolate syrup (not what you think)
5. White wine. (easy stuff)
6. Canine compatibility. ( don't go there )
7. Take it slow.
8. Be honest.
9. Play hard to get.
10. Left cuddle.
11. Right cuddle.
12. Then there is the teflon wall. (lot's of work)
Life was simple when my only concerns were my 401k and my Lipitor intake.

After thinking about Gail's lounge lizard comments, I am beginning to rethink some things...These guys do seem to have some degree of success. I will no longer spend my fun money on Match, Jdate, Zoosk, or Plenty of Fish. I'm going to find my old bottles of English Leather, Canoe and Musk. Trading in my convertible for a big 1990 Cadillac with the phony canvas top, trading my Rolex for some gold chains, and I'm sure there is a Members Only jacket in my garage with my favorite white loafers and belt. I really do have my own hair, no combover, and it's silver, and actually kinda nice...Think I'll dye it brown, sit in the sun and get that great orange color that the big busted blonds seem to like. See you at the Nest!

Let me think for a minute...Petite, pretty, has something say, dark hair, funny, smart, looks great in jeans, likes horses, likes Labs, lives close by, wine lover, and a lot more!
I'm thinkin maybe some good stuff could happen. :-)
